Coaching system

Coach the day.
Protect the week.

The five-day framework gives clients a clear adaptation without pretending to diagnose readiness. Use it to preserve the program’s purpose, explain changes, and identify when professional help comes first.

What to review with a client

1

Weekly obligations

Were two strength anchors, aerobic work, and relevant balance or mobility protected?

2

Repeated friction

Look for repeated RESET days, unfinished BUILD days, schedule barriers, or recurring joint-sensitive flags.

3

Adjust one variable

Change starting dose, schedule, support, equipment, or exercise variation—not everything at once.

4

Respect scope

Pain, illness, medication, sleep disorders, and clinical nutrition questions require appropriate qualified guidance.
